My perferred language wasn't available during the Kickstarter campaign. How do I get Kickstarter Edition cards in my language?

Even though English and French were the only languages available for Kickstarter cards, all KS cards can be printed through the Print on Demand service in the following languages:

English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

All of these languages will be available at retail.
