Indeed, Altered uses a different system than traditional TCG’s. As a collector, you’ll be able to build both an online and offline collection, and no grading of your cards is required because of the print on demand service.
With unique cards, it is indeed not realistically possible to collect absolutely all of the different printed cards. Still, you can collect everything from an artistic perspective (all uniques share the same art).
We are also aware that this system will not appeal to every collector, and we understand that this may make it difficult for you to join the adventure if you don’t like the collection system 🙏
