I scanned my card, but it says the card already belongs to a collection.

When scanning a card, a message can sometimes appear indicating that the card already belongs to a collection. The first thing to do is to thoroughly check your digital collection. In most cases, the card was probably inadvertently scanned as part of a mass scan.

However, if you still can't find the card in your digital collection after checking, you'll need to open a support ticket and send us a photo of the relevant card with the QR code clearly visible.
