I posted my card on social media before scanning it. My ownership of the card has been stolen, and I can no longer add it to my collection.

Before posting a card on any social media platform, you must first scan it into your collection.

In a situation like the one described here, you'll need to open a support ticket; send us a photo of your post in which the card appears, along with a photo of the physical card; confirm your Altered username; and take a photo of the card next to your identified profile.
