I made a trade, and the site informed me that the card has been transferred to another person who is not in my list of friends. How do I find my card?

If there is a problem during a card trade, you must open a support ticket and provide the usernames of the people involved in the trade as well as a photo of the card with the QR code clearly visible. The digital team can then investigate and find the card to reallocate it.
