What are the different status of my Print on Demand orders ?

Your order will have different statuses depending on its current state in the system:

 

DRAFT

When you create an order, it is stored in our system as a draft until you confirm and pay for it. This order is considered temporary. You can come back and modify it as you wish until you have crafted your perfect order.

Please note that if you sell or donate a card present in your draft, this can delete your draft depending on the properties and the number of copies of this card in your collection.

 

CARD ASSEMBLING

When your order is paid, the system will check if all the unique cards are available in the language of your order and generate the QR codes needed for the new copies you are printing. If your unique cards are not already available in the correct language, a command is sent to the system to generate them.

 

CONFIRMED

When CARD ASSEMBLING is finished, the status changes to CONFIRMED. This means your order is validated and added to the next printing slot.

 

INTEGRATED

This status means that the factory is currently printing your order and that all the operations needed to craft it (assembling, cutting, packing, and so on) are in process.

 

SHIPPED

This status is shown when your order is taken in charge by the shipping company from the factory. Along with the status, you'll find the tracking number of your order.

Please note that due to the express nature of the shipment, the closest destinations from the factory may receive the package before the status is duly updated.

 

ERROR

This status is applied when the validation step from the shipping system detects an error in your address. This is usually due to address details not validated by the verification rules set by the shipping company.

To avoid this, we have put in place an automatic correction system, but as the Print on Demand service is offered worldwide, some specific address configurations do not fit the specifications in place. We then address the issue and improve the correction system.

When this happens, you don't have anything to do or even create a ticket about this issue. We monitor all the orders and correct them. If need be, we'll be contacting you for clarification.

 

REFUNDED and CANCELLED

This status is used when an order is refunded or canceled due to an exceptional reason.
