Although we have at heart to provide you with the best product possible, the inherent nature of the industrial production in volume leads to small defects within a global production.
You may encounter the following issues and for each, please find our compensation guidelines:
- Misscut cards:
- Very rarely the printing sheet move in the cutting machine and the cut can be misplaced. This can range from a small centering error of 1 mm at most to very very rarely by much more.
When you happen to find a major misscut in your pack, you can reach out to us for compensation. Please note that the compensation will be in form of POD credit but not in physical product. Small misscuts will not be compensated though.
- Printing quality:
- Our printing production is made with professional printing machine but there is always a very small possibility of printing issues. This can be small ink smudges, thin white lines or inkless spots.
- Compensation will be provided in form of POD credit but not in physical product.
- Low droprate of specific cards in displays:
- While the droprates of specific cards is tweaked to provide a good opening experience, the randomisation of display filling cannot guarantee a set number of cards of every type. We increased the maximum volume of unique cards possibly present in each display by a meaningful amount but there is no firm guarantee on this.
- Such issues are case by case specific and cannot be guaranteed for compensation. In the eventual event of compensation, this will only be as digital form with digital cards.
