Due to complexity of VAT and taxes around the world, the Print on Demand (POD) and marketplace features are not currently available for shop accounts in the current open Beta. We hope to make this possible for shops in the future.
As such, using a shop account to access the marketplace and the print on demand is not possible. This include :
- creating your wallets
- enabling 2FA authentification
- scanning your cards (feature soon to be removed from shop accounts)
- buying and selling cards on the marketplace
If you wish to access paid services to sell cards or use the print on demand, we recommend creating a second account as a player for this purpose.
You can either use the same email address as your shop account or simply use an alias for your email address by adding a "+" followed by any text before the @ in your email (like shop+altered@email.com instead of shop@email.com). Aliases allows you to receive all the emails to your main address without having to setup another email account.
Please note, however, that even if you gain access to the marketplace, we won't be able to provide you with the tax services usually used by professionals (VAT and other).
If you already have cards in your collection, you can make a request using the support form to transfer your collection to your player account.
